Dan joined the firm in 2015. He actively participates in the state and longshore side of the firm’s practice and enjoys the challenge of practicing in both workers’ compensation systems. During his time in law school, he worked as a certified law clerk for the Oregon DOJ and externed for a federal judge. These experiences provided him with a practical setting to develop his legal research, writing, and advocacy skills, which he now uses to effectively represent his clients.
