Jeffrey D. Holloway

Jeffrey is a Partner and practices in California and Alaska, handling primarily workers’ compensation defense litigation under the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act, the California Workers’ Compensation Code, and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions under the Defense Base Act, the Non-Appropriated Funds Workers’ Compensation Program, and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.

Jeffrey has developed an expansive workers’ compensation defense practice representing an extensive number of employers and insurers throughout Alaska and California.

Jeffrey previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Niesje J. Steinkruger of the Alaska Superior Court.
